TALLAHASSEE -- A new report from a free-market think tank argues that Florida’s Medicaid pilot program has “numerous accomplishments” and should be expanded statewide. Author Michael Bond of Cleveland State University contends that previous studies critical of the program -- including one by AHCA Inspector General Linda Keen – were flawed. The report is being published just as news emerges that Keen has resigned under pressure.
